- Project initiation, establishment of a cultural network, consisting of authentic, traditional cultural projects
- Training of the project group in fundamental areas of management
- Connecting single projects with each other; intercultural exchange between the project groups, cooperation with the LCFN
- Establishment of a cultural platform for the cultural network; marketing of the cultural network within the tourism sector; cooperation with educational institutions
- Organisation of educational tours for successful cultural projects.
